Publicis·Poke X DePaul

The challenge:

The agency wanted their employees to learn new ways of working & collaborating in the virtual world.

Secondly and as important during those difficult times in lockdown, there was a real need for making people feel connected.

The solution:

We created a workshop with Depaul that focussed on brainstorming and team collaboration online, allowing participants to discover new ways of working, which they apply to their work routine.

The workshop was designed to offer inspiration on how to create virtual workshops and support team spirit in a fun and engaging way.

The outcome:

👉 Participants learned new ways of working that have been implemented into daily client work, particularly running effective virtual workshops.

👉 People felt more confident about their skills and realised what can be achieved with structured creativity in two hours.

👉 The FFT experience brought people closer, helping them feel connected during fractured times in which many employees feel lonely.

👉 The creative idea has been produced- generating PR that went beyond the industry’s media, with articles on The Sun, Daily Mail and other mainstream media raising donations the charity desperately needed during the pandemic.
